100 burpees for time. broke at 50 for a couple minutes. total burpee time was 10 minutes....one ever 6 seconds.

also did some back exercises. it's feeling better.

crossfit at night. did some back/glute stretches for about an hour.

100 Burpees in 10 minutes. 1 every 6 seconds with boxing round timer. felt a little harder than yesterday. start to get gassed around 75.

Ty - 11/3/2011

Morning - 720am -
100 burpees in 10 minutes. did them on the kitchen floor so didn't jump. one every 6 seconds using the boxing round timer. feel good. no significant back pain during the workout. stretched afterwards. Trying to do 100 a day for 4 weeks before the wedding.

I've been really busy/injured for the last 2 months. I've done a few workouts here and there but it's mostly been half assed. my shoulder improved after a 3 week break but my back has been bothering me since.

I started doing some serious stretching and mobility starting today and it seems to be helping.
