Ty - 11/3/2011

Morning - 720am -
100 burpees in 10 minutes. did them on the kitchen floor so didn't jump. one every 6 seconds using the boxing round timer. feel good. no significant back pain during the workout. stretched afterwards. Trying to do 100 a day for 4 weeks before the wedding.
