Ty - 6/19/2010

10 mile bike ride on the lake shore. stopped a few times to hang. 1pm

5pm:

50 deadlifts in 5 minutes. one every 6 seconds.
50 hang cleans in 5 minutes. 65# barbell. one every 6 seconds.
50 DB shoulder press (arnold style). 5 sets of 10, very short breaks
50 sit ups.
