high hang squat clean & Jerk x2 - dropping bar each rep. bring down to mid thigh.
205 x 2.  a little dicey on the 2nd jerk
Failed 215 but got one squat clean

speed front squats - red bands.

Hang Squat Cleans - speed sets of 3 at 135.  8 sets.
light push press - 65lbs, 12 sets of 3 for speed
