For time (but didnt keep track):
10 power snatch at 95#
20 CTB pullups
30 box jumps (used a bench)
40 45# thrusters
30 box jumps (used a bench)
20 CTB pullups
10 snatch.
This was tiring.

5 min eliptical warmup

10 snatch @ #85
20 CTB Pull ups
30 24" box jumps
30 wall balls with 9 lbs ball
30 box jumps
20 CTB pull ups
10 snatch
***this was a lot of work if you are going for time. I lost my breath towards the end (Asthma) but finished the pull up later on

ran 3 miles on treadmil
-first long run since I hurt my heel playing hockey in March
4 sets of 10 knee to elbow abwork
-the LA fitness in uptown has 3 different choices of bars to grip, the one I used really helped with my for for some reason. They were easy to do

"Chelsea Workout"
completed 13 sets in 18 minutes
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
was exhausted after the 13th set. It was a fun workout but challenging.
finished with 10 easy minutes on the eliptical
5 mins of crunches, ab planks.

"Chelsea"
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
24 rounds. I did 12 in the first 12 minutes. Then increased breaks to about 1 minute. shortened those a bit towards the end. (On 4/1/2010 I did 21 rounds with 10 rounds in the first 10 minutes) So, i beat my previous PR by 2 rounds staying on the 1 minute per round track and beat my PR by 3 rounds total. I ripped a huge callus on my left hand which put a damper on the last 4 rounds of pullups.
That totaled:
120 pullups
240 pushups
360 squats.
My legs are dead. the pullups and pushups are pretty easy.
179 body weight.
