Ty - 5/1/2010

As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

24 rounds. I did 12 in the first 12 minutes. Then increased breaks to about 1 minute. shortened those a bit towards the end. (On 4/1/2010 I did 21 rounds with 10 rounds in the first 10 minutes) So, i beat my previous PR by 2 rounds staying on the 1 minute per round track and beat my PR by 3 rounds total. I ripped a huge callus on my left hand which put a damper on the last 4 rounds of pullups.

That totaled:
120 pullups
240 pushups
360 squats.

My legs are dead. the pullups and pushups are pretty easy.

179 body weight.
