1o mins warmup on eliptical

50 reps of Hang cleans at 85#

2 sets of thrusters @ 85# (tired from cleans)

ran 3 miles on treadmil
-first long run since I hurt my heel playing hockey in March

4 sets of 10 knee to elbow abwork
-the LA fitness in uptown has 3 different choices of bars to grip, the one I used really helped with my for for some reason. They were easy to do

Great workout
