10 snatch @ #85
20 CTB Pull ups
30 24" box jumps
30 wall balls with 9 lbs ball
30 box jumps
20 CTB pull ups
10 snatch
***this was a lot of work if you are going for time. I lost my breath towards the end (Asthma) but finished the pull up later on
