Evening:
Front Squat max - 235. 10 pound PR. felt good. went for 245 but failed.
Metcon: 4 rounds for time with exactly 2 minutes rest of
8 front squats - 175# (75% of 1RM)

Went unbroken on all the squats. felt great.
4x5 25lb weighted pullups.
