30 Burpees - over towel, 3 sets of 10. Got the quick form down. my feet leave the ground before my hands touch.
6 rounds of:
5 power clean at 95#
10 pushups
plate upright rows - 25# - 10,8,6,4,2 each arm, switching every set.
GHD situps - 3x5. only went to parallel. I definitly feel the stretch/pull. Be careful w/ those.
