Ty - 7/8/2010

1.5mile run vibrams

30 burpees (w/ lateral jumps over towel) 3x10
5 rounds of:
5 pullups
7 hang clean and press 65#

DB deadlifts 55# 5, 10, 10 each arm

smith press hanging rows (equivelant of seated row) with body weight.
