no squats, pulled serious muscles
DB clean and press - 35# 3x10 each arm
Bench press/Situps (4-5 sets total. Can't remember exact rep breakdown)
95# x 50 reps
50 situps
Swim against jet. 5 minutes or so. good stuff.
