Front squat max - went for 230 and failed. I'm counting 225 as my PR b/c that's my highest squat clean. hit 205 no problem before i tried 230.

20 one arm KB snatches - 1.5 pood (10 each arm)

strung together 10 on teh first set of PCs. then 4/3/3 and 3/2/2/2 or something. 5/arm unbroken on all kb snatches.
