Kettlebell snatches - warmed up to 35#.
WOD:
3 rounds for time of (20 minute cap):
20 Wall balls - 20# ball
20 SDHP - 75# barbell
20 Box Jump - 20" (just under knee high)
20 push press - 75# barbell
23:37 ignored time limit.
This was really tough. I really lost it during the third round. The round took me the longest by far. just couldnt muster up the energy. going to try eating an apple/bananna on my way to the box. Also, i'm having some pretty serious IT band issues in my left knee. Maggie diagnosed it.
