Hang Clean and Press:

8 reps @ 65#, 85,#, 85#, 85#, 65#

Deadlift:
3 sets of 8 reps @ 135#

some ab work

I had a happy hour after work and felt like I had to workout. This was the best I could do on a full stomach.
