10.22.10- Peter

'WOD'

Deadlift: 205#
2 reps on the minute for 10 minutes

as many reps as possible:
5 pull ups
10 pushups
15 free squats

I did this w Tommy Yoon from work. It was fun having someone to go against. We finished the same amount, 10 reps in 9:40. we were spent. I was sore for 2.5 days.
