Bench Press:
5x5 @ 145#
*Shoulder feels better, still working up the weight

Cable Flies:

3 sets of 10 @ 50#

30 minutes on the eliptical, talked to katie Paulson the whole time. I felt like a housewife doing this.

5 mins of ab work
