Crossfit Total and Cindy Challenge. Will repeat this in December sometime.
we got 20 minutes for each of the 3 movements to find our 1 rep max:
Back Squat - 225
Strict Press - 125
Deadlift - 355
Actually pretty happy w/ my squat. that's the most weight i've tried in a LONG time. kept my knees out and got pretty deep. the knee felt pretty good. I wasn't happy w/ my strict press. thought i'd get at least 135. i need to work on all of these lifts. Rounded my back a little on the last deadlift
Cindy: as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
11 full rounds + 6 pushups. Felt good about time. i think it's the 2nd or 3rd best in the whole group today. The pushups were the limiting factor. i was doing 2 at a time for the last few rounds.
