Ty - 5/11/2011

speed deadlifts - 3 reps every 30 seconds for 10 sets. 185lbs.

metcon - 3 rounds for time
10 front squats - 155 rx
50 double unders
10 american KB swings - 2pood/70lbs

front squats were really heavy. broke them into 5/5, 3/3/4, 3/3/4

screwed up a good amount on the double unders. used the new rope i bought off Derek.

Post - 3x5 weighted good mornings at 95lbs
