Ty - 3/25/2010

Vibrams
Jump Rope - 6 minutes
Deadlifts - 1 set, 25 reps at 135#. Then 5x5 at 185. about 1.5 minute rests.
hangclean and press - 65# barbell, 50 reps, 10 at a time, short breaks.
100 situps - 4:30 or so
100 pushups
