Jump Rope - 5 minutes
100 burpees - set my timer to go off ever 6 seconds. Did 50 burpees in 5 mintues and had to take a break. did an additional 33 then 17 w/ a short break between. Working my way to 1 every 6 seconds for 10 mintues.
5 sets of 60 jumping jacks, 1 minute rest
50 hanging knee raises
50 seated rows at 100#
25 hangclean and press - 65# barbell
