4 miles on Spinning bike - 10:10

5 rounds - 1 minute double under jump rope superset w/ 30 seconds of mountain climbers
15 second break b/t both.

DB clean and press - 30#, 35 reps per arm, 5 at a time, no breaks.

Hanging leg raises (semi straight legs) - 50 reps total.
