Bench - 95# - 50 reps fast, 2 minutes or so.
Situps - 100 in 3:05
Squat Thrusters - (2) 20# DB. 5 sets of 10

You can do 20 pullups in 50 seconds....thats insane
ReplyDeleteyup. pretty regular pace w/ a very short break or 2 around 15 reps.
