5 min jump rope warm up

Bench Press - 5x5 at 135#. easy, very short breaks.

Kettle bells - 12kg - single arm - 3 rounds
5 swings
5 snatch
5 clean press

Bar dips - 5 sets of 10 foot touching

50 deep free squats

50 hanging leg raises
