Wore Vibram Five Fingers

Jump Rope - 3 rounds of 3 minutes, 1 min rest

Pullups - 20 in 50 seconds, +12 more

Jump Rope - 3 minutes

Deadlifts - 50 reps in 4:50

Jump Rope - 3 minutes

DB clean and press - 3o reps each arm, 25#, 5 reps at a time, no breaks

100 situps 3:20
