Jump Rope warmup - 3 rounds at 3 minutes

Pullups - 20 reps in 50 seconds, + 10 more

DB clean and press - 35#, 25 reps each arm, 5 reps at a time, no breaks

as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 pushups
10 situps
10 deep free squats

I did 10 rounds in 9:45

10 mintues of walking/jogging in Vibrams
