Ty - 2/18/2010

Vibrams

Jump Rope - about 5 minutes to warm up.

20 pullups - 40 seconds!

Deadlifts - 50 reps of 135# in 3:15

Jump rope - 3 minutes

DB clean and press - 35#, at b/t 25 and 35 reps each arm, no breaks, 5 reps at a time.
lost count but definetly did 25

Went for as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 pushups
20 situps
30 squats
Did 2 rounds and quit. tired.
