Front Squat - 125x5, 145x5, 165x2 (supposed to go for5 but that's all I had).

Metcon:
5 rounds of:
5 squat cleans 95#
10 free squats
5 squat snatch 95#
rest exactly 60 seconds after each round

GOT MY FIRST RING MUSCLE UP TODAY! ended up stringing 5 in a row.
